This art direction project focuses on a clean yet bold visual identity, featuring illustrated wildlife elements to reflect the festival’s outdoor spirit. The design balances organic textures with modern layouts, creating a recognizable and flexible branding system.

Color Palette
The Edenwood Festival color palette is inspired by the earthy tones and soft, natural hues of Oregon’s landscapes. This palette evokes the warmth and subtle beauty of the forest, creating a grounded, welcoming feel that complements the festival’s connection to nature.
Logo Combination:
The Edenwood Festival logo combines the abstract “ew” symbol with the festival name in Futura for a clean, modern look. This combination balances the organic, free-flowing symbol with the bold, geometric structure of Futura, embodying the harmony between nature and a contemporary indie aesthetic.
Illustration:
Each illustrated character—the rabbit, wolf, and deer—represents native wildlife found in Oregon’s forests, connecting the festival to its wilderness roots.
Juniper the Rabbit
The rabbit character embodies curiosity and exploration, mirroring the spirit of festival-goers venturing into the heart of Edenwood. The rabbit is the symbol of discovery, guiding attendees through the experiences of the festival.
Luna The Wolf
The wolf character captures the festival’s focus on community and unity. Wolves are known for their strong pack bonds, symbolizing the gathering of people to share in music, stories, and connection within Edenwood’s natural setting.
Sage the Deer
The deer character represents grace, calmness, and introspection, providing a balance to the liveliness of the festival. Encouraging attendees to find moments of peace and connection with the environment.
